ECT-QS57 is our company’s newly launched EtherCAT bus-type closed-loop stepper driver. It adopts the latest floating-point 32-bit MCU digital processing technology. The driver control algorithm adopts advanced variable current technology and advanced frequency conversion technology. The driver generates little heat and the motor vibrates. Small and stable operation. The user can set any ID address within 1-255 and any current value within the rated current, motor matching, etc., which can meet the application needs of most occasions. This bus-type driver can drive two-phase closed-loop stepper motors, three-phase closed-loop stepper motors, a variety of hybrid servo motors, etc. Due to the use of built-in micro-segmentation technology, even under the conditions of low-segmentation, the effect of high-segmentation can be achieved. The low, medium and high-speed operation is very stable, and the noise is ultra-low. The drive integrates automatic parameter power-on adjustment function, which can automatically generate optimal operating parameters for different motors and maximize the performance of the motor.
