In case of single-phase actuator, the main or auxiliary winding may not be powered on, or one of the main or auxiliary windings may be damaged
Treatment: disconnect the power supply line outside the actuator and measure the resistance of the main or auxiliary winding with the ohm gear of the multimeter. When normal, the main / auxiliary winding should have a certain resistance value. However, it should be noted that since the auxiliary winding and the starting capacitor are connected in series, when measuring the resistance value of the auxiliary winding, the position should be found, and the starting capacitor should not be included in the measurement, otherwise the wrong conclusion that the resistance value of the auxiliary winding is infinite will be drawn, and the wrong judgment is that the auxiliary winding is damaged.

The selected actuator model is too small
Process-1: open the electrical cover, unplug the white four pin plug (AMP connector) from the power board, then short circuit the 3 and 4 pins (i.e. temperature switch) of the socket here, prevent the magnetic flux signal (i.e. pins 1 and 2) from entering the power board, and then give the actuator on / off command. If the alarm of motor stall still occurs at this time, it indicates that the pipeline pressure is too high and the selected actuator is too small. A larger actuator must be selected. If the customer is not familiar with our circuit, it is better to inform our professional personnel for judgment.
Treatment-2: open the electrical cover, pull out the three core wire on the main board, then short circuit all three pins of the three core wire, plug back the three core wire, and then give the on / off command to the actuator. If the alarm of motor stall still occurs at this time, it indicates that the pipeline pressure is too high and the selected actuator is too small. A larger actuator must be selected.
Note: on the premise of ensuring the correct selection of actuator model, motor stall may be mechanical or electrical problems. If the hand wheel is turned, the valve can move, but the large number valve position on the LCD display does not change, it is an electrical problem. If the hand wheel is turned, the large number valve position on the LCD screen changes but the valve does not move, or the motor can rotate but the valve does not move, there is a mechanical problem.
