The whole series of motors can be equipped with ball screw and encoder.
2. Hybrid stepping motor
The motor has 7 sizes, and the overall dimensions range from 20mm to 86mm; IP65 waterproof motor has three dimensions, and the overall dimensions range from 57mm to 86mm. Various thicknesses are available for each size, and the maximum holding torque of the motor can reach 12n m. Encoder can be selected for the whole series of motors;
3. Permanent magnet screw stepping motor
The motor has three sizes, the overall dimensions are 20mm, 25mm and 35mm respectively. Each size has three structures: fixed shaft type, through shaft type and external drive type. The resolution ranges from 0.00625mm/step to 0.3333mm/step. There are a variety of step sizes, and the maximum thrust of the motor can reach 115N
4. Permanent magnet DC motor
There are two kinds of series, brushless and brush, with shapes ranging from 31mm to 110mm. The outstanding characteristics of permanent magnet DC motor are excellent speed regulation performance and large power density. Combined with the ever-changing modern power electronics technology, it can realize the load capacity from 5W to 1500W and 10rpm to 10000rpm without losing control accuracy.
5. Deceleration permanent magnet DC motor
Most permanent magnet DC motors have supporting reduction boxes with various forms and rich speed ratios, which can be cross combined under the same interface conditions. It is mainly in the form of multistage planetary reduction, supplemented by parallel and vertical output shafts (worm gears and worms). The specific forms and parameters can be customized according to customer requirements.
6. Reduction gearbox stepper motor
The motor has five sizes, the overall size is from 20mm to 60mm, and each size has stepping motors of various thicknesses to adapt to the precision planetary gearbox, in which the minimum reduction ratio can reach 3.3:1, the maximum can reach 99.5:1, and the rated torque of the gearbox can reach 250kgf Cm, full range optional encoder.
7. Driver / encoder
The driver has three specifications: open-loop, closed-loop and rear integrated
Encoders are available in three specifications: EK1, Ek2 and EK3. A full range of motor products can also be equipped with drivers and encoders.
